JPYC starts refunds for non-compliant deposits on JPYC EX

JPYC, the issuer of a yen-denominated stablecoin, said its affiliated JPYC EX platform is handling transactions and user inquiries dating back to Sept. 17. The company said it has already begun sending refund guidance emails to users in cases that did not meet platform rules, including direct deposits made without a reservation, deposits with mismatched amounts, and transactions canceled after funds were sent. JPYC added that other transactions and inquiries still marked as under review are being checked and processed one by one.
